All King County CSA

In the coming year, Growing Washington will be building a unique Regional CSA encompassing the produce of many farms into a single delivery system. Harnessing information the way big companies do, we will empower smaller producers with unique products to sell in new larger markets while still retaining their small individual production scale and identity.

Our ideal vision for distribution in agriculture is one where each community has a suite of local producers supplying it with unique food, so that each producer retains a very individual connection to their consumers and the consumers are intimately aware of their connection to the food, land, and work that goes into a meal. Our Regional CSA builds this idea of eating within a region and identifies place as key factor in how to choose our food beyond the governmental standards around organic certification.
